Sunday will be our last day at MIS. We got an official result. Our vehicle didn't achieve minimum fuel economy to continue in the competition. The very rigorous drive cycles (6 stops, 0 to 50 MPH every 2 miles) took us by surprise. It is quite different from the EPA UDDC cycle with which we have tested and got great result. Our vehicle has not been tuned to such aggressive drive cycle. We wish we could have chance to practice ahead of time.

Nevertherless, it has been a great adventure for all of us. We met a lot of talented people from other teams. We bounced ideas around and could improve our design in the future. We will continue moving forward, especially our matured affordable plugin hybrid conversion kit which is available now at $1995 for 2KWH system and $3495 for 4KWH system. This conversion kit is a simple, practical system to add on to existing hybrids (over 1 miliion and counting) and makes an immediate impact to our addiction to fossil fuel. We are looking for rapidly expansion of the adoption with help from dealers, installers and investors all over the world.

By fine tuning water injection amount and timing, we think we should be able to achieve the high efficiency at more aggressive drive cycle. We will put the technology into an aftermarket conversion kit once it is matured.
